- There is no auto-renewal; users must manually renew their membership to continue accessing the courses.
- Lifetime Membership
- Grants permanent access to all current and future paid courses.
- This is a one-time purchase with no recurring fees.
5. Payments and Refund Policy
- Payments for ICTF courses, events, and memberships must be made in full at the time of purchase.
- All payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. ICTF does not store or manage payment details.
Refund Policy for Paid Courses and Memberships
We offer a 7-day, no-questions-asked refund policy for our paid courses and memberships. The refund policy is subject to the following conditions:
- Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the purchase date.
- Refunds will only be issued if the user has accessed less than 20% of the course content.
- If a course includes downloadable materials (PDFs, e-books, or other digital assets), a refund will not be processed if the materials have been downloaded.
- Memberships (1-Year and Lifetime) are non-refundable once activated. Users should review the membership benefits before purchasing.
- Refunds will be processed through the original payment method and may take 5-10 business days to reflect in your account.
- No refunds will be issued for live workshops, webinars, or special events once they have started.
